tgmmTuloy po kayo! Irashaimasu!
The Grand Midori Makati, the maiden project of Federal Land-Orix Corporation, has opened its showroom with a ceremonial blessing, giving the public a preview of this luxurious urban sprawl set in the heart of the country’s business and lifestyle district.
The showroom, located at the ground floor of the GT Tower International along Ayala Avenue, reflects the unique, practical style of the Japanese design enlivened by world-class Filipino creativity, making The Grand Midori Makati a premier development.
Opening the showroom were the executives of Federal Land-Orix Corporation led by Luis Icasiano, President and Hisao Namiki, Executive Vice President.
"We’re excited about this project. It is the first union of two big companies in the industry. That alone is something to look forward to," said Icasiano. "Orix Corporation is one of the biggest companies in Japan and together with Federal Land’s 36 years of experience, we hope to transform the landscape of real estate industry in the country."
The showroom features model units that simulate the tranquility and elegant living at The Grand Midori Makati, whether it’s a studio or one-bedroom unit.
Designed by one of the country’s renowned interior designer Marion Coscolluela, the model units evoke a clearly modern, yet dramatically simple, harmonious integration of Asian flavors.
To rise along Legazpi St., The Grand Midori Makati is a residential haven nestled in a zen-inspired environment yet, never lacking of innovative living concepts. Its amenities and features are truly a mark of meticulous planning to provide interiors and exteriors designed for comfort and aesthetic appeal; one that will stand the test of time.
For instance, the grand entrance lobby with its high ceiling will leave one in awe, giving an effect of uninterrupted space and heightened consciousness. A garden area in every floor balances the modernity of the structure, a sheer indulgence uncommon in condominiums nowadays. The sophisticated ambience is complemented with the balcony unit, where residents get a magnificent vista of the Makati skyline.
The Grand Midori Makati displays superb lifestyle amenities: a Zen-inspired garden with koi pond, 20-meter swimming pool, fitness center, 100-meter jogging path, multipurpose hall, game room, entertainment room, children’s wading pool, indoor day care center, and outdoor children’s playground.
The first tower of The Grand Midori will be completed by 2012.
